Coast to Coast is a full-service distributor of promotional products, representing more than 1,000 suppliers and offering more than 16,000 top-quality gifts and specialty items. Founded in 1973 by Nicholas Ferranti, Jr., the company’s early customers included the hit TV series Hill Street Blues and M*A*S*H™.

Today Coast to Coast includes a new generation of Ferrantis – COO Kathleen Ferranti and CEO Michael Ferranti – who have grown the company into one of the largest and most respected distributorships in the Northeast. In fact, Coast to Coast is ranked nationally within the top 5% of all promotional product vendors, as measured by sales volume. We are proud to have selected them once again as the provider of Citizens Logoline merchandise.

Preferred Contract
Coast to Coast has been selected as Citizens’ preferred company-wide vendor for promotional products and fulfillment services because they provide us with significant discounts on merchandise, great customer service, and quality items. They also ensure that the Citizens logo and the logo of its subsidiary banks is always used in an appropriate manner. For these reasons, no other vendor can be used to supply any specialty item that bears the Citizens logo without the written sign-off of Michael Ferranti at Coast to Coast indicating that he is unable to meet or beat the competitor’s price or provide you with the item that you need. Coast to Coast is a significant customer of Citizens Bank and has a significant vendor relationship with us.

How to Place An Order
You can use your credit card to make personal purchases and the order will be shipped directly to you.
For business orders, the order must include the appropriate RC and GL numbers and an authorizing signature (usually a member of Citizens’ Executive Policy Committee). These orders must be submitted by fax. Please download the order form, complete all applicable fields of information, obtain an authorizing signature, and fax it to 401.349.4947. Coast to Coast provides order confirmations within 24 hours and will invoice you for business purchases within 30 days.

Shipping
Unless you specify otherwise, business orders (and personal orders sent to bank locations) will be sent through interoffice mail from the Mail Room at the Operations Center in East Providence, RI. Inventory items are delivered to the Mail Room within 24 hours.

Coast to Coast also ships via UPS Ground Service and Federal Express. Orders for in-stock items received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS or Federal Express. Delivery charges may be incurred.

Rush Orders
Coast to Coast has extensive warehousing capabilities and inventories the majority of the merchandise you see here. If an item is in the catalog, it should be in stock and ready to ship unless the quantity needed is unexpectedly large. If an item is not in stock, Coast to Coast will do its best to deliver it when you need it. Additional costs may be incurred as result of rush orders.
